This policy applies to the MUJO Media website and direct business enquiries made through the contact details provided on it. It does not govern third-party websites that may be linked from this site.
This website is hosted with Hostinger. In connection with delivery and security of the website, technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file/page, referrer information, browser/user-agent information and error or security data may be processed in server logs.
Purpose: reliable website delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger may process such data on our behalf under its data-processing terms.
Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, may act as the relevant Hostinger contracting/processing entity depending on the account and service arrangement.
If you contact us, we process the information you provide — for example your name, business details, email address, phone number and message — to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where applicable, perform a contract.
Where the GDPR applies, processing is generally based on steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other business communication, processing may be based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The current MUJO Media website uses ordinary external links rather than embedded social-media tracking plugins. When you click a link to a third-party platform, that provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
As currently configured, the MUJO Media website does not use web analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. The website uses local JavaScript for navigation and the template showroom. If analytics, marketing technologies, embedded third-party media or similar features are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
MUJO Media LLC is established in the United States. Information that you send directly to MUJO Media may therefore be accessed or processed in the United States. Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies, we handle personal data in accordance with the applicable requirements.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for operation and security according to the hosting configuration. Enquiry data is retained while the enquiry is active and, if a business relationship results, for as long as necessary to perform the relationship and meet applicable accounting, tax, contractual or legal documentation obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA.
To exercise your rights, contact info@mujo-media.com.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the website and the data processed. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this privacy policy when the website, our services, service providers or applicable legal requirements change.
